Stephanie brings her own experience in overcoming injury, as well as her expertise in physical movement patterns. She creates programs that work to improve your body as a whole. With her fitness training, she puts an emphasis on form, function, and the foundation of movement to strengthen the entire body by working each component part. Muscles move on command from the brain. When we have recruited muscles to perform certain movements and those muscles become exhausted, other muscles compensate–usually resulting in pain or injury. When we improve the neuromuscular coordination or the muscle memory of our nervous system, we can efficiently recruit muscles to perform correctly when required.
