Miranda was a massage therapist and Reiki Practitioner for over 12 years.  She has always felt compelled to help facilitate the healing process in the most natural way possible. Yoga has been incredibly healing for her both physically and mentally, so naturally, becoming a yoga instructor in 2012 was the next step in her journey.  Come to one of her classes to hear her beautiful voice and calming, peaceful energy.

I love teaching more dynamic classes that can be challenging and rewarding to our bodies and minds. To balance that out, I also enjoy teaching a gentler yin class to truly stretch and lengthen our bodies.
