Hi! I am originally from Colorado, but Florida has been a place that I have visited
since I was a little girl. I am engaged to a wonderful man named Lucas, and I am an avid animal lover. I
have 2 cats and a black lab who I enjoy spending most of my free time with. I was a dancer for most of
my life, and that is where I first tried yoga. At first, it was not something I enjoyed. I drifted away from
my practice and came back to it many times. I have been practicing consistently for the past 6 years.
Yoga helped me heal in a lot of ways mentally and physically. In 2019 I decided to take the leap and
complete my 200 hour certification with Kindness Yoga Collective. It was the most transformative
experience I have had, and I knew instantly that I needed to share this practice. Yoga, for me, is about
permission and listening to your body. For many like me, this is something hard, and yoga helps. My
training is mostly in vinyasa, and matching breath to movements. I enjoy creating unique sequences that
leave a lot of room for exploring and doing what feels right in your body. I look forward to sharing this
practice with you and meeting you on your mat!
