Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks in YES! YOGA's signature workout. The muscles targeted in sculpt are necessary in your yoga practice. You’ll combine free weights, resistance bands and a bit of cardio while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. By having the ability to increase or decrease the amount of weight you use, you are always able to make it more or less challenging. A huge benefit of sculpt classes is that it provides an opportunity for both advanced and beginner yogis to target the muscles they need to have a strong and safe yoga practice. Light weights or resistance bands encouraged but not required. Gym Shoes recommended. All-Levels
Don't let "Gentle" fool you. This class combines building strength with light to moderate stretches. Release tension, mental and physical fatigue, and let go of negative beliefs and attitudes . All-Levels
You will practice about half the number of poses you might practice in a Vinyasa Flow class. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. All-Levels.

In this workshop style class, you will get into the nit & grit of the alignment and the benefits of the yoga asanas. You will learn what muscles to use and alignments to perform yoga in a safe and effective manner. Learn the how and why in this beginner class.
Exercising on unstable equipment such as the exercise ball improves strength, balance and posture. Standard and small exercise balls, BOSU half balls, medicine and therapy balls will be used. All-Levels
Build strength & flexibility. Traditional yoga poses are modified using chair, blocks, straps, and light weights. Taking care of your body is our #1 priority, but we will help you go further than before. You never know, you might just surprise yourself!
